Guess what’s just around the corner?
The first Inaugural Indie Author Day on October 8, 2016, at libraries all across North America! They will be hosting author events with writers and other industry leaders.
At the Boise Public Library, they will be featuring author panels with traditional, hybrid and self-published authors from the community.
Presentations from local indie authors about writing, marketing and more. And they’ve asked no other than me to be on the Marketing panel along with Why I chose self-publishing panel.
Pretty cool, right?! Who would have thought seven years ago when I started this writing journey that I’d be considered someone important enough to lead a discussion group?
They’re also going to be having:
Book readings and signings from local authors.
Presentations from local industry leaders and writing workshops.
Indie books for purchase.
This is a great opportunity to meet your local Indie authors and sit in on the panel discussions and learn a few things along the way!
Thinking of writing? Then this is the place for you!
Want to know and chat with some great authors along with your favorites? Then come on down!
This is a national event, so if you’re not in Idaho, call your local library and find out what’s happening in your home town!
Can’t wait to see some familiar faces along with new ones.
See you at the Boise Public Library, October 8, 2016, from 10 am – 4 pm. It’s gonna be a great time!
